US domestic shipping

All orders are shipped within the United States via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are processed and shipped once a week, every Friday.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

RETURNS

Each piece is made with care and intention, and I want you to love what you receive.

At this time, returns are not accepted. However, exchanges are available for unworn items in their original condition.

If you’d like to request an exchange, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at founder@stephanieajumobi.com. Once your item is received and inspected, I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement of equal value.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
